Moving companies are considered essential during the COVID-19 shelter in place orders. We take our responsibility for your safety and the safety of our moving professionals very seriously. Our operations have changed to include new cleaning procedures and contact restrictions with the public.
We now offer video conferencing estimates of your home or business. We can provide complete binding quotes for local and long-distance moving without any needed physical contact ahead of moving day. On moving day, our moving professionals clean and sanitize their hands regularly. They have the personal protective equipment that our representatives may use upon the client's request, including masks and gloves. Clients also are provided plastic mattress bags and stretch wrap for upholstery.
Although we do not know how long this crisis will last, our experienced family of professionals will continue to use all caution to stop the spread of this virus. Until further notice, these policies will be present in our Napa, Marin, and Sonoma offices.

We offer complete packing services to those who need them. We can also target just the breakables or supply you with packing materials. Your job is customizable. Just tell us what you need!

Do I need to empty my dressers before moving day?
No. Unless your objects are spill-able, you don't have to empty drawers, like the desk middle drawer or captain's bed drawers.
How can I make sure my belongings end up in the correct room?
Label all boxes on the sides, then please tell the movers bringing in the furniture where you would like it.
Do I get our boxes and pack before the movers come?
To save money, you can pack yourself. We can also sell you boxes or help you pack for a fee.
Can you move my plants?
Only within California. We cannot move plants over state lines.

Do I tip the movers?
Tips are not necessary, but always welcome. We also happily accept Gatorade and sandwiches. ; )
Do I need to be home for the movers?
Yes, but we can do a walk-through, get all papers signed, and you could leave.
